Formerly a Training Manager for Bulldog Communications owned by Cable and Wireless - Louise brings 12 years experience in Learning & Development, Sales, Service and Leadership within a range of organisations including Virgin Travelstore, O2, Virgin Holidays, Nationwide, DVLA, and FirstInfo. During that time, she held various consulting roles within training and development functions from training needs analysis through to delivery and Training Management.

Louise now heads up Think! Training & Consultancy's Training Services for corporate clients wanting to drive a performance improvement.

He works as a skilful motivational trainer, NLP Trainer, Facilitator and Coach.
