Coaching Structure

Our coaching sessions are very flexible and can be conducted using a mixture of 1:1 face to face, telephone and skype or oovoo or a combination of all three methods. This will greatly depend on your preference and geographical location.

Breakthrough Sessions

This is an accelerated coaching session for those who require immediate attention.

This liberating session looks in detail at the clients past history and experiences in order to remove any old emotions, fear, anxiety, stress, guilt, hurt, or past trauma in order to move forward to the future.

The breakthrough sessions are conducted on a 1-1 basis, face to face and could take anything from 3-5 hours.

We use a wide variety of techniques including Timeline Therapy, Change Techniques of NLP and Hypnosis.

Phobia Cure

Phobias grow over time, and because of the snowball effect, the brain begins to generalise phobias into other areas of your life to the point that you may have no conscious idea of the initial significant event.
